In celebration of Women’s History Month, Serato and Gender Amplified, a nonprofit organization that empowers women in music production, collaborated on a sound pack which was created and filmed over a weekend at Hyperballad Studios in NYC. 

Featuring the sounds and faces of nine women and non-binary music producers, the project was all about addressing the lack of visibility in the music production space. 

With women making up just 2.8% of producers, the Gender Amplified community and the ‘Unfound Sounds’ soundpack is not just a collection of sounds but a chance to share their music with the world.
